Jetstar Asia is pissing me off! (edit)
The chaos in Bangkok made us thought of cancelling our trip to Bangkok this Christmas.
We called them last Wednesday to find out the penalties for cancelling the trip.
What pissed me off was:
1. There was NO FRIGGING OPTION on their automated answering machine that directs us to a customer care person we could talk to. (omgwtf 1)
2. The only one that sounded like we could speak to someone directed us to their website. (omgwtf 2)
3. We tried a random option and was put on hold for 30 minutes. (omgwtf 3)
4. The music that played while we were put on hold was bad quality jazz, with much noise. (omgwtf 4)
When we finally got through, that person refused to answer our question, “What is/are the penalty(s) if we cancelled our flight to Bangkok?” because she went on to ask for:
1. Date booked.
2. Confirmation number.
3. Names of people going.
4. Passport number of people going.
Really, omgwtf has ALLLL that have to do with my simple question of, “What penalties do we face if we cancell our flight to Bangkok?!”
Do you frigging understand English?!

AND THEN TODAY,
Rayson received an email to inform us that our flight has been changed from this:
24 Dec, Departure from SG 0705hr, Arrival in BKK 0825hr;
27 Dec, Departure from BKK 0915hr, Arrival in SG 1230hr.
to:
24 Dec, Departure from SG 1910hr, Arrive in BKK 2035hr;
27 Dec, Departure from BKK 2115hr, Arrive in SG 0030hr.
Like OMGWTF, that’s 12hours difference?!!
And that also means we spend 2 extra days of lodging!
No way!
Hmph.
It’s been 15min 43s and I am still listening to the darned jazz noisy music and waiting for someone to answer the phone!
Everyone knows an angry Jassy is capable of insanity.

Yayness!
We got to cancel our flight cuz “the new schedule is unsuitable“.
YES, UNSUITABLE.
AND, we got our money refunded, ‘cept a $6/pax forfeit for some credit card shite.
BUT, we’ll only get our money back 12weeks later. (omg wtf 8 )
