Little Miss Fun

It’s a wonderfully lovely day today!
I got to hang out with my ladies, and I got to hang out with the fellas.
I absolutely miss those good ol’days we had.
I’ve missed these people loads!

Today’s the day I was looking forward to a week ago.
We finally met up!
After soooooo long…

Si Ying, Xiang Ying, Yue You and I headed to town to get 挤奶’s (read: ji3 ni2) (Jeannie’s) birthday present.
We were supposed to meet at 1130am, but somehow all of us were late.
We were starrrrrrving really bad when we met up, so we decided to have lunch first.

Lunch at Crystal Jade.

Oh yes, Xiang Ying told us that our Christmas Cards’re with her.
My reply, “Huh? But, now May only leh. Christmas is in 7 months’ time. You’re so sweet la!”
*sheepish look*
Si Ying saw that look, “Eh, wait… Last Christmas or this Christmas?”
*even more sheepish look* “Last Christmas.”

We burst out laughing.
“Actually, all your gifts which Mei Xing and I shared and brought back from Aussie are still with me.”
*smiles*
“Eh, your trip was last July can!” O.o
Such friends we are.
Doesn’t matter, I still love you all deep deep! ♥♥♥

We got Jeann a swatch, then headed to Kino to get her a card.

We ended up with three cards – one for Jeann, one for Mei Xing darling who’s in Aussie, and one for a man.

We all love how it sounds.
“Dear Man, I know that “man” can get a bit anxious about DIRECT EMOTIONAL CONTACT and “SENTIMENTAL” messages, so I’ll just say, ‘Man, um…quite NICE…ahem, yes. Here’s a card for you…or something. Happy whatever. Ok. Bye.“

We then settled down somewhere to write the cards.

Like *er-hem* a certain *er-hem* someone’s son. *sniggers* (Inside joke. )

Si Ying kept writing wrongly, cuz of the stuff the three of us were talking about.
There were things like, “…future future endeavours…“, and “…distracted because Xiang Ying, Yue You and Jamine…”. LOL
We were talking about the good ol’days -
How Chunny was 大奶 cuz she’s the eldest amongst us; (There’s another reason, but shush, it’s for 奶帮 to know. )
Jeannie is 挤奶 (read: ji3 ni2) cuz of how her name is pronounced;
I am 茉莉花奶奶 cuz Jasmine = 茉莉花, and they call me 奶奶 ( = grandma) cuz I was naggy. (Yes, I always nagged everyone to study. Haa. I know, doesn’t look like it.)
There’re still a couple other 奶s but it’s our little unglam secret.

We probably caught a lot of attention from passers-by cuz we sat on the floor, and were making quite some girly noise.

Decided to drop by Holland V. for dinner after tuition.

I headed to browhaus and had my brows trimmed.

Then I headed to N.Y.D.C to have desserts, and to check out cute guys.

This was how my leg looked for the whole of today.
No, I did not get a tatt. (Wish I did, but I foresee myself being thrown out of the flat by my parents, and disowned by Sern.)

I got it complimentary.
I was hurrying to meet the ladies when this harmless looking lady and gentleman stopped me to share something with me.
They’re from “We-sharecare Society For Children & Youth“, and were raising funds for the kids they’re taking care of.
These kids have a much higher tendency to be led astray, or are already being led astray because of their family background.
I was a teacher, and I still am one, albeit “private” teaching, but I know how the kids future would be affected.

So, I bought the book they were selling.

I got many many keychains – (leftover) from their walkathon (I think…).

So, now you know how I got the complimentary henna on my calf.
